SPARK: State Plug-in Adoption Resource Kit

Electrifying state government fleets can save taxpayer dollars, reduce emissions, support market transformation, provide a visible example of electric vehicle technology at work, and cultivate EV champions who will help spread the word. SPARK, the State Plug-In Adoption Resource Kit, is an online database of resources and a step-by-step guide to help fleet managers and other state government officials incorporate EVs into their fleets.

Resources featured in SPARK’s searchable database include an inventory of fleet transition goals, policy guidance, case studies, legislation, technical support documents, and tools. Each step in the guide features a subset of recommended related resources from the database.

New resources, guidance, and information are added to SPARK when they become available, as policies change and the market continues to develop.
