On February 16, the Electrification Coalition hosted the first in the 2023 series of webinars about charging infrastructure. The event, titled Electrified Cities: Federal Funding for Local Governments, featured a panel of experts who discussed how cities can capitalize on new federal funding to champion transportation electrification. Our panelists also explored scalable models from the EC’s partners and the EC’s new EV Funding Finder. Topics covered include:
- Reducing greenhouse emissions by 80% by 2027 and 100% by 2035
- Allocating federal funding to help achieve other goals the government has, such as equity
