EC Factsheet
Electrifying Transportation for Our Economic and National Security
The Electrification Coalition is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that works to accelerate the widespread adoption of light-, medium-, and heavy-duty electric vehicles to overcome the economic, public health, and national security challenges that have long stemmed from America’s dependence on oil. Our efforts focus on policy development, advocacy campaigns, consumer education, fleet and freight electrification, cultivation of bipartisan support, charging infrastructure planning, EV supply chain development, and coalition building.
We electrify the way we move through initiatives like the State EV Policy Accelerator, Electric Freight Consortium, Port Electrification Network, Advanced Freight Partners Group Electrification Coalition Business Council, Electric Vehicle Adoption Leadership (EVAL) certification program, Drive EV Fleets Purchasing Collaborative, and the 25 Cities Initiative.
